    So i went to a fantastic dinner party last night and accomplished three major things for helping me to SMASH the quake weight:
    1. I did not succumb to my love of filling up on bread, bread, and more bread. I had NO bread.
    2. I did NOT overeat, like i often do when AMAZING friends are cooking up AMAZING meals. I left feeling satisfied but not overfull.
    3. I enjoyed a dessert of fresh berries and mint tea instead of chocolate cheesecake (actually, that wasn’t that hard…me and cheesecake aren’t such good friends :-/).

    Basically, my nutrition nazi has come out to kick some butt (and hopefully my abs!)

    Next up: get through Easter, my Mum’s milestone birthday and a visit from friends abroad. Can it be done? Absolutely! #lovingweekone
