You can choose any Personal Trainer to help you out providing they are REPs registered. (REPs is the national registration body for exercise professionals).

A trainer with Les Mills in Christchurchalso Amanda has her own studio in St Albans. A national body sculpting champion, Amanda has a wealth of knowledge in both dance and martial arts and is a highly qualified massage therapist. In 2008 she and won the Catch Fitness Series 1 Best Personal Trainer Award. Many of her clients have won Awards at our competitions, most recently Noel McCauley who won the Elite Fitness Best Changes in Abdominals as well as Best Changes to Upper Body in in 2011 before Amanda went on her maternity leave.
