Kerrie’s Close Call
Thank you for this 20 week challenge. I took another look at my life on Monday after I wrote of my Car on Black Ice. I was really stupid and hope after people see this please slow down I was traveling at 70kmph on a straight bend and it happens. I saw my life flash before my eyes. Liz’s Love of Life
Woke up this morning and thought, “HOW GREAT IS LIFE!!!” Felt very grateful that I am so sore because it means that I’ve had a great training week, and there’s more to come. It meant I was able to get out of bed and enjoy another week fitter and looking great. And I was very grateful that I have amazing friends making this journey with me!!!!! How could life not be great when there are so many wonderful things going on!?! Liz is trained by Jean Scott

I just jumped on the treadmill while watchin the origin game.. initially thought I’d go til 300cal. Put it on manual just in case I decided to keep walkin while I watched. Well, after a 5 min warm up i started a gentle jog. 22 mins later I hit my 300cal burned, but thought, I feel good, I’ll keep goin. I walked 5min, then thought bugga it, I can jog again. At 49m03s i hit 5km. Back in Feb, that 5km took me 1hr8min – thats nearly 20mins longer!! Ive admitted to myself for a few weeks that this “I can’t run that long at a time” was purely a mental block. Tonight I proved that to myself. I can and it was easy! Oh..and 547 cals burned to boot! Proud much? Hell yes. Sue is trained by Sheta Swinerd

The Classic Hits Crew
Had my classic hits radio interview this morning. It was nice to talk to Richard again and give an update on my progress. Thanks Freya for coming and supporting me. I cant believe how fast 22 weeks has gone by. Almost the end of one chapter of my weight loss journey and then to move onto the second chapter. Looking forward to that.
I had another radio interview this morning with Richard from Classic Hits. It was amazing, as you can see by the photo there was lots of laughing. Roger my trainer was with me and is so supportive, I could not have asked for a better Trainer to take me through this. This is a journey that I am loving and will continue in the future as there is no going back for me. This is life long.
